Tim is an amazing artist! I had been searching for someone who could replicate a wall mural I saw in Old Town, San Diego last summer. My husband and I have a hacienda-style home and wanted something colorful and fun for our kitchen. I happened to see some of Tim's work online and decided to contact him. Tim responded right away...so nice because I had contacted at least two other artists who didn't even bother to return my messages. Tim was so easy to talk to and I felt he understood what I wanted. I sent photos of the mural I had seen in San Diego and we were off and running. As it turned out, the day Tim came to my home to paint, I couldn't be there, so he was on his own. After reviewing the project with him that morning in my kitchen and adding a couple more things I wanted him to do, I left him to work his magic. I told him that he didn't have to exactly copy the mural; rather, I had taken the photos to express an idea of what I wanted...something colorful and fun and a bit rustic - in the tradition of Old Mexico. I must admit I was a little worried about going off for the entire day and leaving this project in the hands of someone I'd never actually met until that morning, but I felt I could trust Tim. When I came home hours later and saw what he had done...oh WOW! I was just blown away because it was even more beautiful that I had imagined. It was everything we wanted and more and Tim was spot-on with his interpretation and understanding of what I was looking for. When our family and friends arrived for Thanksgiving dinner a couple of days later, they were equally impressed. It is just...so...beautiful! Photos can't do it justice and we couldn't be happier. We can't say enough good things about Tim and his work. He was so easy and relaxed to work with and he did an amazing job. We just love it and we're going to have him come back and work on our patio and a couple of other projects. We highly recommend Tim!
